It depends on the services you pick. Organic Social Media starts at $1,199/mo for 15–20 posts, Paid Advertising starts at $1,999/mo, and Branding is a one-time engagement. Most clients combine two or three services — you can build your exact plan above.
02How does the carousel / reel / static mix affect the 15–20 post range?
Reels and carousels take more production time than static posts. If your mix leans motion-heavy, we’ll land toward the lower end of the range (15 posts). If it leans static, we can deliver closer to 20 — we’ll finalize the ratio on your kickoff call.
03Is the content made by AI?
No. Every post, ad, and brand asset is created by a human strategist, designer, and copywriter on our team. We use AI internally for research and speed, never as the source of your creative.
04What services do you offer?
Organic social media management, paid advertising (Meta — Instagram & Facebook), and branding. You can add on video, email, blog posts, or influencer as add-ons.
05Which social channels do you support?
Instagram and Facebook are always included with Organic Social. TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest are optional at +$250/mo each.
06Can I combine multiple services?
Yes — most clients do. Bundling organic social with paid ads is our most popular combination because the creative and targeting work together.
07Is there a contract?
Monthly services are month-to-month. You can pause, change, or cancel your plan anytime with 30 days notice. Branding engagements are project-based with a clear scope.
08What if I don’t like the content?
Every deliverable goes through a review round with unlimited revisions within scope. If something isn’t landing, we rework it — no extra charge.
09How do I get started and how fast will I see content?
After checkout, you’ll get a welcome email and a kickoff call within 48 hours. First content typically goes live within 7–10 business days.
10How do I communicate with my team?
You’ll have a dedicated account manager plus a shared workspace (Slack or email — your call) for feedback, approvals, and reporting.
11What is your refund policy?
